Assessment

Our occupational therapists will work collaboratively with you to assess and identify your rehabilitation goals through standardised assessment and observation.

We will then provide recommendations and a comprehensive treatment plan to meet your immediate and future needs.

Rehabilitation

We will provide on going treatment sessions to maximise your independence with your home and community. We may recommend equipment and housing modification to support your rehabilitation programme.
