Claire Nsubuga

Claire qualified from Brunel University in 2017 and has since worked in a variety of health and social care settings to enable clients to live as independently as possible in a variety of environments. Claire works with both children and adults with a range of neurological, physical conditions and learning difficulties and she provides individualised interventions to each client, to enable their independence and quality of life.
Claire is particularly dedicated to providing tailored support to clients, from her comprehensive understanding and experience in housing, adaptation and equipment provisions. Her expertise extends to a range of services including paediatric interventions within education settings, seating and postural management, driving ability and travel assessments, minor and major adaptations, rehousing recommendations, moving and handling and equipment provision to enable daily living skills and access to the community.
