
Anthea Osborn-Jones
Anthea is a highly skilled occupational therapist who qualified in 1985. She has worked in health, social care and private practice including in-patient rehabilitation, intermediate care and rehab, palliative care, adult and paediatric social care and housing adaptations.
Her interests throughout her professional career have focused on enablement and individual choice for service users, working in collaboration with clients to achieve their goals in a variety of settings. She has extensive experience of adaptation to environments and care planning and is skilled in communicating with other disciplines for the benefit of the client.
She has a wealth of experience working in the community with people with physical disabilities, including functional assessment, housing adaptation and the provision of advice and information to make choices about solutions. Consequently, Anthea is a firm believer in the need for a personalised approach in assisting individuals to achieve their goals and those of their families.
